What is enough?
We live in a world that often encourages more—more possessions, more achievement, more choices, more information, more activity.
But more and enough are not the same thing.
How do we recognize when something is enough?
Things worth noticing
Where in your life do you feel the pull toward more?
What do you already have that you rarely notice?
When does having more actually make life feel thinner?
What helps you recognize sufficiency?
What do you fear might happen if you stopped striving for more?
Where does gratitude change your sense of what is enough?
A small experiment
Choose one ordinary area of life today and practice stopping at enough.
Leave something unpurchased.
End work when the work is sufficient.
Eat without adding one more thing.
Let one task remain unfinished until tomorrow.
Then notice what arises.
Enough is not always less.
Sometimes it is simply the moment when we stop asking more to make us whole.
